I have since watched this programme and can say that whilst this woman is intensely irritating she did dominate my attention and provide me with some entertainment. Surely numerous people over the years her have told her to just 'STOP'. She's obviously mental and I like to think that she is on some sort of Care in the Community scheme and doing things like this TV show as part of her therapy.
